Yes and most importantly with telomeres. Telomeres are the caps at the end of each chromosome strand that protect your DNA from unraveling or fraying. Chromosomes are double-stranded, thread-like structures at the end of DNA strands that contain all of your genetic information. Theoretically, if you slow down telomere shortening you can slow down the aging process.
